Yes. For auto-scheduled orders, cancel lunch by 10:30 AM and dinner by 7:30 PM on the delivery day. For orders you place yourself, cancel before those same times-or anytime before the kitchen starts preparing that meal. Once prep begins, that order is locked and payment is processed. Orders are only created for working days (Monday–Friday) by default.

Yes! You can update your dietary preferences and allergens anytime through your Mealy account. Simply go to your profile settings in the app or web portal, make your changes, and save them. Your updates will apply immediately to filter your menu options and help our Kitchen Partners prepare safe, personalized meals for you.

To update your dietary preferences or allergen information, open the Mealy app and tap your Profile icon, then go to Dietary Preferences to update Dietary Preferences or go to Allergen Information to update your allergen information. Select or deselect options, then tap Save. Your changes will apply to future meal recommendations immediately.

Delivery is charged as a flat fee based on the number of boxes ordered-starting at just $0.99 for 1-2 boxes, $3.49 for 3-5 boxes, and $5.99 for 6-10 boxes (max 10 per order). The same fee applies to every meal delivery. There is no surge pricing, no peak-hour markup, and no bad-weather premium. The fee is fixed and transparent regardless of meal type, day, or time.

Your Mealy wallet is a prepaid balance inside the app. You load it once-for example with the $250-and each locked meal order is deducted when that order locks (after prep starts or the cancellation window passes). No need to re-enter payment details every day. Your remaining balance is always visible in the app.

Nothing is deducted. You only pay for what you eat-if you cancel an auto-scheduled lunch before 10:30 AM, cancel auto-scheduled dinner before 7:30 PM, cancel a manual order in time, or skip a meal entirely, your wallet balance stays untouched. Your balance rolls over and is always available for your next order.

The $250 monthly wallet top-up is an optional convenience sized for roughly one meal per day for the month-not every meal slot every day. Order when you want (either lunch or dinner, or both on days you choose) and only pay for what you actually eat. It is not a subscription or commitment; you can load any amount you prefer.

No. Mealy has no subscription, no monthly commitment, and no lock-in contract. You use it when you want, skip when you don't, and stop anytime - no cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Yes. Each meal slot is a separate order. Midday meals are planned in advance-modify before prep starts; cancel auto-scheduled lunch by 10:30 AM (delivery 11:30 AM–1:30 PM). Evening meals can be ordered in the app; modify before prep; cancel auto-scheduled dinner by 7:30 PM (delivery 6:00 PM–10:00 PM). Manual orders follow the same cancel rules or can be cancelled anytime before prep. Each meal locks and charges independently.

Yes-Mealy now delivers 7 days a week. Weekday office meals, evening meals, or weekend orders-the same flat $0.99 delivery fee applies every single day.
